For Researchers

Our Organization

The PGC is organized into Working Groups that focus on different disorders or content areas. The majority of the work happens in the working groups. To get involved in the PGC contact the workgroup chair(s) for the disorders or areas where you want to contribute.

The PGC is run by the Coordinating Committee, which oversees broad research directions and overall operations.

The Data Access Committee facilitates access to the genotypic data managed by the PGC.

The Outreach Committee aims to (1) facilitate the involvement of researchers with the broader research community and the public by making PGC research and processes more accessible and understandable, (2) assist PGC researchers with translating their findings to the public, and (3) translate psychiatric genetic research for the public, serving as a trusted source for the latest findings in the field.
